Temporal modeling of brain functions in brain neuropathy

 Existing studies of brain function through fMRI have been applied only to patients in resting state or to confirm the effects of universal rehabilitation methods and drugs, whereas our team studies the effects of patient-specific rehabilitation systems. The difference is that the optimal method for treating neurological diseases is suggested by predicting the patient-specific brain connectivity model and inversely suggesting a treatment method that can produce the maximum therapeutic effect through the developed model. In other words, we will implement the brain model related with motor functions in order to model stroke motor deficit. We develop a model that can identify patient specific neuronal circuit changes by motor function (motor execution, motor learning) of patients through analysis of temporal levels differentiated from the existing ones.
